The DGF oven features strategically placed ribbon burners located both on the top and bottom of the baking chamber. These burners are distributed across each oven zone to ensure uniform heating. The oven is equipped with an internal forced extraction channel running along the top of the baking chamber to expel vapour and fumes generated during the baking process. Additionally, dampers at the base of each stack allow for precise adjustment of exhaust volume, catering to specific product requirements.
To further enhance baking uniformity, the DGF oven includes a specific number of 3-zone burners with adjustable lengths. These burners ensure even moisture and color distribution across the oven’s width, providing consistent and high-quality results for every batch.
